October 5, 2009Today isn’t a good day at all! Today we received a response from Tran lawyer that she wants night time custody over my son. I’m fighting for the abuse that her family has set upon me. After talking with Anna over the phone it sound like this will be 10+ months. That will cost both parties thousands of dollars! This is going to get nastier then was before. I thought it was going smooth but now this is going to take ages. Oh well for the love and health of my son I will fight till the end and stand my grounds.
a.) No overnight visitation due to the fact my STBX (soon to be ex wife) hit my son when he doesn’t eat. Due to the fact that her family doesn’t take my son to the doctor when he’s sick and resorts to traditional treatments which has no logic to it. Cutting a kids back doesn’t help his health at all.
Oh well life just got harder! Without my family support it would probably be hell to go through! Moving in this apartment with great people around it makes our living environment better. My father is up here taking care of my son at night while I work from 4am-7am. My neighbors been really supportive as well. I’ve also took my son over to Geary house to play with his kids.
I’m a bit sad because my STBX wants to modify the Temp Parent Plan custody which is going to make it harder for my son. Her grounds shows that she wants to shift our son back and forth every day which makes it harder on my son. That isn’t good for my son’s health at all. She just don’t want to pay for child support…
Sigh….. another day….
Now that she is going insane because we’re asking for Child support this is when I fear for my life. Instead of my hands being cut. My throat probably going to be cut next either by her or her dad. Working at night from 4-6:30 am I am more fear for my life than ever.
When women say they love you they love you alot. But when they say they hate you they can do insane things!
